The MU.MI. is a historic and glorious building, opened after the war, located in Francavilla al Mare, a charming seaside small town that borders Pescara, the town of commercial center and entertainment in our region. 

It hosts the award "Michetti" named after the historic Italian painter and photographer (1851-1929). 
It was exactly 1947 and Italy accused the heavy actions of the war and tried to get up slowly and with much difficulty, also thanks to artistic and cultural initiatives like this, that served as social binding agent and popular sentiment that supported a revival of national identity. 
Today, the "Museo Michetti" or MU.MI. is a renovated and extended, that inside hosts exhibitions, museums, and of course the interior rooms are ready to welcome couples of newlyweds ready to swearing eternal love through a civil ceremony. 
The MU.MI. is one of the many locations that Lovinginabruzzo offers to our guests.
